2.Train tickets on the Kandy-Ella route are subject to seat availability and booked in advance; reserved seats are not always guaranteed in peak season.

3.Safari jeep and park entry are shared/private based on the plan selected at booking.

4.Itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on weather, especially during the North-East monsoon (Oct-Jan).

5.Elephant orphanage visit timing is fixed as per feeding sessions.

6.All hotel check-ins are at 2 PM and check-outs at 11 AM unless upgraded.
