2.UAE visa approval is mandatory before travel and typically takes 3-5 working days; incomplete documents may delay processing.

3.Desert safari activities (dune bashing, quad biking) are weather and health dependent; pregnant women and those with back/heart conditions should inform us in advance.

4.Burj Khalifa tickets are time-slot based and non-transferable once booked.

5.Global Village and Miracle Garden operate seasonally (approx November to April) and are subject to their own operating calendar.

6.Dubai Tourism Dirham fee (a per-night city tax) is charged directly by hotels and is not included in the package price.

Cancellation Policy

•30+ days before departure: 10% deduction.

•15-29 days before departure: 25% deduction.

•7-14 days before departure: 50% deduction.

•Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% non-refundable.

•Visa fees, once submitted for processing, are non-refundable regardless of trip cancellation.
