Terms & Conditions

1.Package rates are per person on twin-sharing basis, houseboat category affects final pricing.

2.Gulmarg Gondola Phase 2 and Sonmarg extension are optional and chargeable separately.

3.Sightseeing in Pahalgam beyond Aru/Betaab Valley (e.g. Chandanwari) may require local shared cabs due to vehicle restrictions.

4.Snowfall/road closures in winter may alter or cancel the Sonmarg/Gulmarg leg; alternate plans will be offered.

5.Houseboat stay is subject to water levels and may be substituted with an equivalent lakeside hotel if needed.

6.Check-in for houseboats is coordinated directly with the boat owner upon arrival in Srinagar.

Cancellation Policy

•21+ days before departure: 10% deduction.

•10-20 days before departure: 25% deduction.

•4-9 days before departure: 50% deduction.

•Less than 4 days / no-show: 100% non-refundable.

•Cancellations due to weather-related road closures are rescheduled where possible instead of refunded.
