October to March is the most pleasant time with cool weather, ideal for plantation walks in Coorg and sightseeing in Mysore. Mysore's Dasara festival (Sep-Oct) is spectacular but very crowded. Monsoon (Jun-Sep) turns Coorg lush green but with heavy rainfall.

1.Package rates are per person on twin-sharing basis.
2.Mysore Palace illumination is only on Sundays and public holidays (7-7:45 PM); regular day visits do not include the light display.
3.Dubare Elephant Camp activities (bathing/feeding) depend on the camp's daily schedule and elephant availability.
4.Plantation walks are on working estates; guests are requested to follow the caretaker's guidance for safety.
5.Itinerary sequence between Coorg and Mysore may be swapped based on hotel check-in availability.
6.Brindavan Gardens' fountain show timing is fixed by KRS Dam authorities and subject to water release schedules.

Cancellation Policy

15+ days before departure: 10% deduction.
7-14 days before departure: 25% deduction.
3-6 days before departure: 50% deduction.
Less than 3 days / no-show: 100% non-refundable.
Weekend/holiday bookings during the Dasara festival period in Mysore may have stricter hotel-specific cancellation terms.
